In November the club started the landscaping project that was scheduled to be done as soon as Eden West street/sewer was complete. Our neighborhood is REALLY starting to have some CLASS =) !
Leave it to Joel to find a really fun activity, completely out of the ordinary, for us to do. His ex-wife Cindy and her boyfriend Paul joined us for an afternoon of axe-throwing. Cindy and I didn’t do so well, but the men killed it! (She and I had better stay on their good sides…..or be sure there are no axes in our homes!)
Sometimes when Joel and I have to take the Metrolink to our appointments in West LA we have time between trains to stop for lunch in Chinatown. We always walk past this place…and one day I realized this was one of my dad’s favorite lunch places when he worked at LA City Hall!
